Shipping is normally within two days the order has been validated.

 

United States

As of August 29, 2025, the duty-free de minimis threshold for all imported goods has ended. This means that every shipment is now subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon import.

After careful consideration, we have decided to cover all customs fees on U.S. orders, so there will be no additional charges due upon delivery.

At this time, we ship exclusively via FedEx—a fast and reliable service, though unfortunately more costly.

Shipping fees include tracking number and Priority mail. Please note that depending where you live it may take more of one week for the shipment to arrive. We are not responsible for the package once we take it to the post office.

    TAXES AND DUTIES

    All orders are shipped duties unpaid, therefore orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to custom taxes and/or duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of goods. Please check your local customs tax and duty costs as duties must be paid before the goods are released.

    We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
